Redevelopment in an entire city block of late 19th century and early 20th century buildings for reuse as contemporary office and commercial space in downtown Buffalo includes a collection of ten two-to-four story masonry structures on the south side of Genesee Street. The block creates a gateway location on the developing eastern end of the downtown area, infusing life into an area that gives visitors a “first impression” of the city. FBA coordinated historic evaluations, design of the shell and core, as well as tenant fit outs including upscale apartments.
